📅 Registration Hours

• Wednesday, July 2nd: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Early check-in available)
• Thursday, July 3rd: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Main check-in day)

Location for both days: Renaissance Convention Center, 2nd Floor (near Nirvana Room)

🔖 Important Check-In Information

• All registrants must be present to pick up their wristbands.
• Photo ID is required for all adult members.
• Volunteers will assist with applying wristbands onsite.
• To expedite the process, please bring:
  • Your CRN number
  • CRN QR code (in your confirmation email)
  • Or access CRN QR code through the mobile app (badge section)

🎗 Special Instructions for VIPs and Designated Groups

• VVIPs, VIPs, Sponsors, Reserved Seating, Speakers, Committee Chairs/Co-Chairs, and Delegates should proceed directly to the VIP Line.
• You will also collect your Role Ribbon at this station (if applicable).

🎁 What You’ll Receive at Registration

• Registration Packet:
  • Name Badges (includes assigned lunch/dinner time slots: L1, L2, L3 / D1, D2, D3)
  • Wristbands
  • Lanyards
  • Inserts
• Souvenir Bag & Schedule:
  • One per family/address.

🎟 Wristband Policy

• Wristbands must be worn at all times — no replacements will be issued.
• Different wristbands will designate access for:
  YJA, YJP, Jain Connect, Connect+, VIP, VVIP, Reserved Seating, Kids Club, General, etc.

Access to rooms, sessions and activities will be restricted based on wristband type.

🚫 Policy Reminders

• Registration transfers are not allowed.
• Convention and add-on activity registrations are FULL and CLOSED.
• No onsite or one-day registration will be available.
