Yes, all volunteers must register as an attendee in order to receive login credentials. Your committee chair will be responsible for assigning special permissions as a volunteer.

In order to access the convention portal and all sessions, you will need an internet connection.

Your entire family does not need to register IF you will all be attending the same sessions at the same time. Each registration will give you one login credential, which can only attend one session at a time. If you want to attend Session A and your son wants to attend a YJP session, you will both need separate registrations.

If your child would like to participate in a different session than you, then yes your child will need to register for the convention.

No, you cannot share your account with somebody else. Each account can only be logged into one device at a time. So the second your friend logs into your account, you will be logged out.

Not at all! We welcome any and everybody who would like to further their knowledge of Jainism.

You should register now to guarantee your seat at the convention for FREE! After May 1st, 2021 registration will not be free. And although it is an online convention, the device capacity may fill up.

Yes, you can cancel your registration by visiting your account dashboard. If you know for a fact that you will not be able to attend any of the sessions, we encourage you to cancel your registration to allow for others to participate.

If you would like to perform at the 2021 JAINA Convention, there are multiple opportunities available. You can either participate in the Jains Got Talent competition (jgt@jaina.org) or our Cultural Program (culturalprogram@jaina.org).

Yes, the 2021 virtual convention will feature an exhibit hall for vendors and exhibitors to promote their company/organization and showcase their products.

Yes, you can sell your products during the convention. However, JAINA will not provide a payment processing platform for you. You will be responsible for collecting and processing your own payments.

As an exhibitor, you have two booth options: single and double. With a single booth you can have two exhibitors and with a double booth you can have up to four exhibitors.

As an exhibitor, you can only access the exhibit hall. Your account will be restricted from entering any type of session.
