Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations prior to March 1, 2023 will be entitled to a 50% refund of all collected fees amount.
  • Cancellation after March 1, 2023 will be entitled to a 25% refund of all collected fees amount.
  • No refunds can be offered after 1 June 2023.
  • Cancellation refunds will be processed based on the payment method. Please allow 45 days after you have requested a refund for your request to be processed.
  • If you are cancelling convention registration you may need to look in to cancelling hotel booking.

Please follow these steps to cancel the registration

  • Visit www.jainaconvention.org
  • Log into your registered JAINA Convention Account
  • Click on the tab listed “My Account → Dashboard”
  • Click on “Refund” (Please remember if there are multiple family members registered under your account you must click “Refund” for each member.)
