Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • All cancellations regardless of reasons made by March 1, 2019 will be entitled to 50% refund of all collected fee amount.
  • Cancellations after March 1, 2019 will be entitled to 25% refund of all collected fee amount.
  • Absolutely no refunds for cancellation shall be given after June 1, 2019 regardless of reasons.
  • Cancellation refunds will be processed based on the payment method. Please allow 45 days after you have requested a refund for your request to be processed.
  • If you are cancelling convention registration you may need to look in to cancelling hotel registration.

Please follow these steps to cancel the registration

  • All cancellations regardless of reasons made by March 1, 2019 will be entitled to 50% refund of all collected fee amount.
  • Visit www.jainaconvention.com
  • Log into your registered JAINA Convention Account
  • Click on the tab listed “Register → Member Profile”
  • Click on “Unregister” (Please remember if there are multiple family members registered under your account you must click “Unregister” for each member.)
