Lakeland is a beautiful, old-style town with a rustic feel that offers smaller & distributed hotel properties, which is atypical for a large convention like ours.
Here is information to help you with your hotel reservations for the Convention:
- All the hotels published on the JAINA Convention website should be considered convention hotels with JAINA negotiated rates.
- Marriott Springhill Suites & Hyatt Place are right next to the convention center (RP Funding Center.)
- JAINA will offer a good transport facility from all convention hotels to the convention center regardless of the distance.
- Free parking will be available at the convention center.
- To ensure effective operations, we plan to open reservations at three hotels at a time. As hotels fill up, we will add new hotels to the list.
As evident from previous conventions, we receive numerous requests from groups for special block reservations. While we appreciate the need, JAINA cannot accommodate these requests due to various operational constraints.
