🚗 Convention Parking Overview:
- We have ample parking at the Renaissance Convention Center. Please review the parking map above the illustrates the details about parking and drop off areas.
- If you’re staying at a hotel other than Renaissance, we strongly encourage you to use our complimentary shuttle transportation instead of driving to the Convention Center. This will help avoid congestion and ensure better flow of traffic.
🥁 Special Note for July 3rd:
- A section of the South Parking Lot will be temporarily closed for the Grand Procession until 7:00 PM.
- Please refer the yellow area in the parking map for detailed layout and restricted zones.
🚌 Shuttle Services:
- Reliable and frequent shuttle buses will run between the Convention Center and Hyatt Regency as well as other partner hotels.
- Full shuttle schedules and routes will be shared in an upcoming email — stay tuned!
🚧 Closed Area:
- Please note that a small portion of the parking lot marked in red in the parking map is closed off due to construction.
