JAINA Convention 2025 registration opens on Thursday, August 15th at 10:00 AM CST. Take advantage of our early bird pricing and other limited-time opportunities that won’t last long.
Early Bird Discounted Rates:
- Adults: $229.00
- Kids (ages 5-17): $169.00
This email contains important details to help you with the registration process.
REGISTRATION
Be ready with full names, emails, phone numbers, and address of each individual being registered (spouse/children/parents.)
Think about the appropriate add-on tracks that you wish to register for each individual:
- Kids Club (Age 7 to 13)
- YJA (Age 14 to 29)
- YJP (Age 24 to 42)
- Jain Connect (Age 24 to 42)
- Jain Connect+ (Age 43+)
Add-on tracks are additional charge. If you are not familiar with the registration pricing, please review the detailed pricing table online.
DONATE DURING REGISTRATION TO GAIN ACCESS TO RESERVE SEATING
(max. 500 seats)
We have a limited number of reserved seats (max. 500) in the main hall available for donors who contribute $501 or more. Each donation of $501 secures one seat in the reserved seating area in the main convention hall. Please be sure to select this option during registration.
MEAL TIMES
During registration, you will be offered to pick a preferred meal time for lunch and dinner.
Lunch times: 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM
Dinner times: 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM
Think about your preferred meal time before registration.
HOTELS
- All hotels listed on the JAINA Convention website are designated as convention hotels with JAINA-negotiated rates.
- Bookings can ONLY be made through the Convention website after paying for registration. The hotel will not allow direct registrations.
- All regular programs will be held at the Convention Center.
- One room will be available to reserve per registration.
- Renaissance (Schaumburg): Main Convention Hotel adjoining the Schaumburg Convention Center.
- Hyatt Regency (Schaumburg): Recommended for all the youth programming including Jain Academic Bowl (JAB), Jain Connect, YJA & YJP.
- Additional hotels will be added to the Convention Website based on overall need and capacity.

Hotel Booking Rules:
- Each registration allows booking of only one convention hotel room.
- For additional rooms, register guests separately or email hotelbooking@jainaconvention.org for requests (fulfilled on a best-effort basis).
- A valid credit card is required to hold the room.
- Guests must reserve a minimum of 3 nights (check-in on July 3rd, check-out on July 6th).
- Hotel reservations are non-transferable.
- Stated hotel cancellation policies will apply.
- JAINA cannot accommodate block reservation request.
Booking Verification:
- The Convention Hotel Logistics team reserves the right to review and cancel duplicate bookings or bookings not associated with a convention registration.
TRANSPORT AND PARKING
- JAINA will provide transport from all convention hotels to the convention center regardless of distance.
- Free parking will be available at the convention center and all convention hotels.
- If you are flying in, the closest airport to the Convention is Chicago O’Hare (ORD) airport.
- Airport transportation is not provided by JAINA Convention.
