Mr. Prem Jain

Mr. Jain is the former CEO and Co-Founder of Pensando Systems, a cloud and enterprise data center startup, founded in 2017 by former Cisco executives. Pensando Systems was acquired by AMD in May 2022 for $1.9 billion. Before Pensando, Mr. Jain spent 23 years at Cisco, where he led key innovations, including the creation of Software De-fined Networking products and next-gen data center switches. Mr. Jain’s career includes senior roles at Crescendo Communications, Da-vid Systems, and BNR, with two patents to his name. He holds degrees from BITS Pilani and UC Davis.
